Some state colleges have reduced or waived tuition for disabled vets. Check with your state vet organizations.

Being awarded P&T gives the veteran no ed. Benefits; only to the spouse & dependents. When did you leave Active Duty? Also, if your husband was rated 100% P&T within 3 years of discharge...
